Technical Customer Support
This organization is highly respected in the multinational financial solutions area. Due to the high volume of projects that they have, they are looking for someone for Technical Customer Support.
Your new role
You will mainly be responsible for technical L-1 support for trading desktop, FX Trading, Investment Management, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management customers.
This is an all-around position with a focus on the following tasks:
- Provide first-level technical support
- Support Customers when they have an issue
What you will need to succeed
- 3years experience in Customer Service or IT or Finance
- Knowledge in Trading, Investment Management, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management products and applications is a plus.
- Fluent Japanese / Business English language skills
