Your new role
Your new task as Desktop Support is to liaise with the relevant technical teams to resolve the technical issues faced by the end-users. Your technical background, along with your speed and efficiency, is needed for the successful management, escalation, and closure of these issues.
What you will need to succeed
For success in this position, the following skills are required:
- 3+ year’s desktop support/helpdesk experience at the enterprise level.
- Business English is required for communication with English only users, management, and global teams.
- Business Japanese, (reading and writing, especially), is required as 100% of the clients are Japanese.
