· Play a role of service and operation excellence to support all IT Japan members to achieve the purposes listed below;
o Enhance all Japan IT team members’ productively and foster collaboration.
o Ensure IT governance and portfolio management processes are simple and effective, and capitalize on technology and methodology standardization to drive efficiency.
o Strengthen the partnership between Japan IT team and key business stakeholders.
o Strengthen the partnership amongst cross functional IT organization locally and globally.
o Drive NBS Transformation in Japan
o Conduct change execution management
