As an official announcement, the implementation of the revised Worker Dispatching Act is coming into force from the 1st of April 2020 in Japan as a part of Work Style Reform, and requires dispatch agencies to select between an “Equal Pay and Benefits” or “Labour Management Agreement” method of dispatch. WorkHub Japan has selected the Labour Management Agreement method for our dispatch service, as we believe this presents a smoother process and transition for our clients and contract workers.
